During the Installation phase, the Skype for Business or Teams solution is installed and configured according to the Technical Design of the previous phase. We work closely together with the customer’s IT team to implement network changes, certificates, DNS configurations and any other required system components and settings. The installation phase covers installing and configuring services, configuring cloud services, testing and stabilizing ready for at scale deployment.
