Project Approach – Background
Communicativ has been involved with Microsoft Unified Communication & Collaboration products right from the beginning in 2009. Over the years we have gathered in-depth knowledge of OCS, Lync, Skype for Business, Office365 Phone System and now Microsoft Teams. Having done many projects in this field we know what works and what doesn’t. Based on our experience we developed our own project approach.
Understanding your business needs
The most important aspect is that we primarily focus on your business needs. This means that we are primarily interested in understanding your business, the working processes and current pain points. Based on this we can help you to get work done better, faster and more efficiently using Microsoft Teams.
How we do it
Communicativ works closely together with Microsoft and participates in several Microsoft Technical Adaption Programs (TAP). We are also a certified Skype Operations Framework (SOF) organization. SOF is a framework derived from traditional service management methodologies but specifically adapted to structure the implementation of the voice and video components of Teams.
Introducing new technology often means a new way of working. To ensure employees embrace Microsoft Teams and become habitual users we offer various user adoption services. We are an official Microsoft Customer Success Partner with in-house Prosci certified change managers. Prosci is the change management methodology that is used by Microsoft to drive user adoption. It focuses on the people side of change and is based on extensive research.
Our approach is holistic by nature and focuses on three main areas:
